DON’T SIGN THE LEASE ??

My move in day was August 23rd. I couldn’t speak to management earlier today because they were in a meeting, so I told them I would come back. At around 5:45pm the same day, I went back to the leasing office and was meet with utter disrespect. My mom, my sister, and I walked into the office and waited for the leasing agent to acknowledge us. She was talking on the phone and never looked at us. After a minute, she dismissed us and told us that we needed to talk to the front desk about our issue. ...
The only person at the front desk was the security guard! I said that we would wait and I pulled up a chair in front of her desk. After 5 minutes, she told us to talk to the front desk again with a VERY nasty attitude. When we told her that we had a leasing issue and needed to talk about it, she finally told us that the manager had left already and that she couldn’t help us. NASTY, NASTY, NASTY!!! If you are incapable of customer service and workplace professionalism, it’s time for you to find another job. I’m not moving into this roach infested, deteriorating, mismanaged apartment.
