June 2, 2025The MIx at Center City Anaheim has been our home for 10 years. The location cannot be beat for access to city landmarks, restuarents, points of interest and services. December 18, 2024Living at The Mix was a frustrating experience. The building is poorly maintained, with frequent issues like broken elevators and dirty common areas. Management is unresponsive and seems more focused on raising rents and fees than addressing resident concerns. Maintenance requests often take multiple tries to get resolved, and communication about problems like stolen packages is almost nonexistent. While the location might be convenient, the overall quality of living here has gone downhill over ...the years.
