Dionne gave me and my daughter a tour and was very informative, I had alot of questions and she answered them all. Whenever I sent Dionne an email or call she was quick at responding back, she made me and my daughter feel comfortable considering we was moving out of a house and into an apartment. March 1, 2025Maria is the best I had booked a tour for 4:30pm on Thursday, me and my partner went to The Monroe fully expecting to be booked for our tour. Turns out I didn’t finish filling out the information, both my partner and I were ready to be told to come back another day. Luckily for us Maria was able to accommodate us for a tour despite us not being on their system for an appointment. Maria was extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable, we had come prepared with several questions and without ...asking Maria was able to answer every single question, security, dog. Amenities and every other little aspect one can think of when looking for a new place to stay. Despite it being late, Maria did not rush us or made us feel like we were in a rush, she was patient and made sure we were aware of all The Monroe has to offer and when my partner or I did randomly have a question she made sure she took her time instead of blowing us off. Unfortunately many agency’s act as if we were just a number to them and treat us as such but I can 100% say that with our experience Maria made us feel appreciated, welcomed and most importantly listened to. If it weren’t for our lease ending in June we would have joined The Monroe right than and there. The Monroe has a good one on their hands, Maria is the golden standard for which I wished every agency would treat their customers.Property Manager Responded
