Terrible Management

Management is awful. They don't know how to run a property, are short tempered, yell at their residents, and gaslight residents who come to them with maintenance needs. Basic questions are met with hostility and snide remarks. Very disappointing. The Monroe is pretty on the outside, ugly on the inside. Watch out.

Amazing Place to Live!

I've lived here for over 3 years and I can't speak highly enough of the apartment complex! Peter and the team in the leasing office are amazing to work with. They plan events for the residents, and they are always available if you need something. The Maintenance staff are so nice, helpful, and prompt. They get the job done the first time and are super respectful of your property. Lastly, the apartment is in prime location to the downtown area of Morristown in walking distance to all of the ...
restaurants, bars, and shops. The apartments are beautiful. I wouldn't want to live anyone else in Morristown!
