The Mont apartments are located in a great location. The property is well maintained. Love my unit floor plan. It is hard to get a hold of someone in the office when calling. Expect to leave a voicemail. Email replies are also lacking. Office staff could use some work on better communication with its residents.

It’s so clean and alot of upgrades within the apartment facility. This facility is very good and needs more upgrade for the gym. The new gym will give rise to a new experience which will be overwhelming

Hi. This is several occasions over the last few weeks ranging from all hours of the day or night. I’m reaching out to escalate this issue again took a night role to offset the noise got off @ 9 woke up rn due to uncontrollable dog barking. This has caused me to miss test, appointments and work. The apartments are nice and the staff are very helpful and always make sure we get what we need in a timely manner. There have been a few things that have needed to be fixed but once we put in a maintenance request they were easily fixed.

I am highly impressed with the level of professionalism and dedication that the Mont demonstrates throughout the leasing process. Moving in into a new unit has been seamless and rather easy. Furthermore, I really appreciate how attentive all the staff are with regard to the overall appearance and upkeep of the complex. Every staff member has been welcoming and helpful during my first few days at the Mont. I look forward to seeing what else this complex has to offer.
