It is hard to get a hold of someone in the office when calling. Expect to leave a voicemail. Email replies are also lacking. I’m reaching out to escalate this issue again took a night role to offset the noise got off @ 9 woke up rn due to uncontrollable dog barking. This has caused me to miss test, appointments and work. Moving in into a new unit has been seamless and rather easy. Furthermore, I really appreciate how attentive all the staff are with regard to the overall appearance and upkeep of the complex.
