January 22, 2026The Mont apartments are located in a great location. The property is well maintained. Love my unit floor plan. It is hard to get a hold of someone in the office when calling. Expect to leave a voicemail. Email replies are also lacking. Office staff could use some work on better communication with its residents.Review from Apartments.com

October 28, 2025Hi. This is several occasions over the last few weeks ranging from all hours of the day or night. I’m reaching out to escalate this issue again took a night role to offset the noise got off @ 9 woke up rn due to uncontrollable dog barking. This has caused me to miss test, appointments and work. I will be bed ridden for an upcoming surgery and wish to not do it here. Please escalate to appropriate parties for move out options. I do not wish to deal with this any longer. August 6, 2024I am highly impressed with the level of professionalism and dedication that the Mont demonstrates throughout the leasing process. Moving in into a new unit has been seamless and rather easy. Furthermore, I really appreciate how attentive all the staff are with regard to the overall appearance and upkeep of the complex.
