Close to everything. Being able to enjoy downtown Spartanburg and all it offers in walking distance is perfect. Apartments are modern yet you are in a historic building. Coffee shop just downstairs is great just wish they were open at 7am.

If you want to live somewhere unique and full of history this building is for you. Great location, Sidewall Pizza and Pharmacy Coffee is downstairs. Plus ladies you can get your hair done downstairs before going out on the town. Don't worry gentleman there is a place for you to get your hair done while enjoying an adult beverage if you like before you go out on the town too.

So far our experience has been nothing less than stellar. The renovated building is really nice, the restaurants and shops downstairs are wonderful. You are minutes of walking from anything you would need downtown (even groceries). Having been there so long, one of the highlights is the amenities. The wifi is the fastest we have had in a rental, and the gym is well kept up with nice equipment.
