This place is a health violation waiting to happen. Went to move into my “new” apartment after they pushed my move in date back to fix things all to show up on move in day and have warped counters, it smelt disgusting, it wasn’t even clean, sinks were leaking. Dogs running around with no leashes. SAVE YOUR MONEY! This place is a nightmare!!

The physical apartment/community and property management services are all especially great. We love our centralized, spacious and comfy apartment. We also truly appreciate the efficiency and kindness of the office and the maintenance team members ( Kaitlyn, Tawanna, Alex and Oscar) who all respond to our needs with great professionalism and in a timely fashion .

Overall great place to live so far we have no complaints other than a few very loud neighbors. Other than that its been peaceful and katilyn has been the best help with things. So sweet and eager to make things easy.

I can not recommend this place. Noise complaints, maintenance issues that seemingly can not be fixed, the residents who do not respect privacy, and the cost do not match. Will do my best to finish out this lease and move out unless I am able to do so before then. If you do not have kids or everyone in your house can deal with noise in the middle of the night and you do not mind what I have listed above, fork over a little extra a month and move in.
