I’ve lived in this apartment complex for almost three years, and since the new management company took over, it has been an absolute nightmare. I have lost power every single month since they’ve been in charge. EVERY. SINGLE. MONTH. The weekend before Thanksgiving, I was without power for over 16 hours, and then it went out AGAIN the day before Thanksgiving. I’ve sent countless emails to management, and guess what? They IGNORED EVERY SINGLE ONE. It is almost like they don’t want to answer emails ...
so there is nothing in writing, but it states in the lease that everything has to be done through writing. It’s shady, unprofessional, and downright disrespectful that the only way to get a response is to physically go to the leasing office.
As if the constant power outages weren’t enough, they’ve now randomly decided to increase my monthly parking fee without any warning. I’ve always paid $5 for parking and provided proof of that quoted amount, but they refuse to honor it because I don’t have previous payment statements. Why don’t I have them? Because when the new management took over, they DELETED all my old account information and statements from the platform! Their incompetence is now my problem, and they’re using it as an excuse to nickel and dime their tenants.
I’ve lived here for almost three years, but this is, without a doubt, the WORST lease I’ve ever had. The management is unresponsive, shady, and completely disrespectful to the people who live here. Between the constant power outages, surprise charges, and total lack of communication, I cannot wait to get out of this hellhole. If you’re thinking of moving here, DON’T. Save yourself the misery and find literally anywhere else to live.

The building is just a nice as the pictures. The staff are very friendly and the amenities are top notch. The location is conveniently close to good food options and Vanderbilt. It would be nice to have a few more dedicated spaces for residents to work / take calls.

I have loved living here so far! It is exceptionally nice and clean, and a generally quiet space. Everybody who works here and lives here has been so accommodating and friendly and it is SO appreciated. The gym and pool are exceptional!!

I love the layout of my apartment and my views are great. I am very happy with the concierge service and leasing staff is super friendly. I love that I feel safe in the neighborhood to take the doggo out. Overall apartment community is well kept and the amenities are a plus.

Everything here is perfect. Faculty are so friendly and maintenance is so responsive. The amenities are a huge bonus and the local area is great! I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

It was a little stressful due to a busy weekend (Vandy grad weekend) to move in. But everyone was helpful and we got it done.
Lucky they had carts to use so made transporting things back and forth easy.
