cockroach infested!!!!!!
July 27, 2025beware! they lie and say im the only complaint but ive spoken to each neighbor Ive only came across one who doesnt have an issue so far. id go elsewhere! they dont have enough help to properly maintain this property we all have things that need done ppl without washers or dryers, not working appliances, you are left days if something breaks down. i was told id be violated if i bought and used my own fridge. take money elsewhereProperty Manager Responded

New owners looking to rip-off our community
January 13, 2023New owners just bought this place (October 2022) and are raising the rents by 500 dollars and more upon renewal. This comes after painting units a trendy gray and putting in stainless steel kitchen set. Apartment is still very small, still not soundproof, and parking is still a nightmare. Don't let them fool you into thinking this is worth that kind of increase.Review from Apartments.com
Roach Infested Nightmare
September 21, 2020The building I lived in was absolutely infested with roaches! Hundreds of them. They crawled on me in my sleep and got in my food. The complex gave weekly treatments that barely got rid of some. It never got properly treated. All of my neighbors had the same issue. Office staff is rude and does not care about the terrible living conditions. I had to call code enforcement after a month of not having a working front door that let rain and bugs in. It’s a good for only a year
April 15, 2020I renewed back in September but once it hit the year mark of me living here things just started to fall apart the stairs creeks like the wood underneath is broken, the knobs on the cabinets and drawer would fall off, and etc but it was a great home for the first year but I am definitely tired of this placeReview from Apartments.com

January 30, 2020We came to Carriage House from Maryland. Found the property online, and my husband arranged to see the apartments. He was shown a 2 bedroom unit. We signed for a 1 bedroom with a garage. Upon arrival from out of state, we found our unit clean and move in ready. We have had good experiences with the management, office staff and maintenance personnel. The only drawback we have found is the community located next door (Spring Manor/Berkeley Pointe).
