        This place deserves a ZERO star rating!!We met with someone and toured a townhouse, we told her that we wanted it and would have the deposit to her in 2 days, the days comes and she said its was gone without letting me know others were interested. We went to a 2nd and 3rd touring and the 2nd had some cosmetic issues but we said we would take it due to being in a rush to find somewhere , the 3rd unit had water sitting in the basement which she openly said had been sitting for a while, they have no ...
        one to clean it up...We sent our deposit over the weekend for the 2nd unit and called at least 20-25 times and sent emails on that Monday and got NO response!! We drove to the leasing office and they were ignoring the phone calls. They are saying they will not refund us our deposit which they also charged us "deposit and a half" for some odd reason... DO NOT RENT HERE! You'll regret it.

        I’ve called this place several times, left voicemails, and sent emails with no response. How is anyone supposed to rent this townhouse when no one responds to you? Very unprofessional. Definitely won’t be renting from them. I can only imagine what it’s like to get service with your apartment when something goes wrong.

      • Overall nice, but definitely some issues...

        Has been a struggle to get maintenance out for different issues, notably the basement getting an inch+ of water throughout. They said someone would come by to fix it or even clean it up and nobody came... If it weren't for the leaky basement, it's pretty good. But with 1/3 of the house only usable if you're willing to let things take water damage, you're probably better off looking elsewhere until they figure out the leaks.

        There is limited parking, the back of the place flood like crazy and in return foods your basement. (They won’t tell you that tho.) not every apartment has a dishwasher or clean carpets and new paint but you’ll be required to pay the new rent of $799. The customer service is the worst I’ve ever had. Not to mention I got an eviction notice 30 days after moving in. The place is trash and need a lot of work. The leasing company is also shady and a big scam to get more money. DONT RENT HERE YOULL ...
        REGRET IT.
