June 8, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comIt's pretty good, especially for being income controlled. staff is friendly and helpful, maintenance has always come out within 24-48 hours for any problems i had. Neighbors are quiet for the most part, has great amenities(dog park, EV charging, 2 playgrounds, business center, pool and fitness center) I lived here for 1 year and had no complaints besides a minor one which is its hard to get in phone contact with the office, you pretty much have to email them but they respond within around 24 ...hours as well.
