    the building management is a mess they gave me the appoint for 8/3/20 because on of the tenet was moving out and they could show the place but now they tell me they don't have anything available to show. the just had me wait a week no apartment. if this is there management that must be horrible managing their building and service .

  • Poor quality- over priced

    Horrible place to live in, it was last year I moved in by seeing inside it was good. Then I realized management started changing rules, not at all cleaned hall ways, garage. During thunderstorm weather roof of 3-4 units fallen off, such a horrible built. Then started working on those roofs for at least 4 months, constant loud noises. If you work during nights you won’t sleep during day. Purely low quality, high priced, dirty, without basic amenities, worst maintenance apartments in Fargo

  • Nice Place

    January 6, 2019
    The Nest is in a good location just off interstate and close to most everything. There is almost no noise from neighbors or outside despite the location and knowing that some people have multiple guests over. The maintenance crew is very on top of responding to requests and the people at the office respond to emails quickly. Snow and Trash removal could be better, but other than that, the Nest is a great place to live!
