Best Apartment Ever

I've rented 9 apartments in the last 9 years (between school, internships, and jobs in various places), and this is hands-down the best apartment and building I've ever lived in. I was here for 2 years.
- The BUILDING is gorgeous. I love a deeply respected historical building, and the in-unit renovations are stunning.
- MANAGEMENT is great. John is super friendly and warm, and he works very hard at keeping the tenants happy and the building in great shape. He also has good relationships with the ...
surrounding complexes, which I think is awesome.
- The LOCATION is flawless. Bellevue and Thomas is a fairly quiet spot (minus the occasional neighbor or alleyway shenanigan), but it's walking distance to Pine/Pike and 15th street, as well as a billion other great places.
- The VIEW from the rooftop is a stunner. Downtown and the lake are breathtaking. Sitting up there with a glass of wine was my favorite thing to do with visiting friends.
- I'll never be able to beat the PRICE for this place. My unit was a pretty massive refurbished 2br with incredible views plus a parking space, and after shopping around the city (we saw at least 8 other units) this was by far the *cheapest*, but also the best in every other way. Moving again and leaving this place was a very sad decision.
- TENANTS, at least all that I met, were kind, lovely people.
I can't recommend this place more.
