The units at Aster Village come with one assigned parking stall in the heated, underground garage and additionally, has unlimited outside parking as well. The units at Park Place are new construction and feature granite or quartz countertops, soft close cabinets, stainless appliances including washer and dryer in every unit. Closets are designed with ample storage and shelving space. They additionally feature nice hardware, upgraded doors and fixtures, window treatments, upgraded lighting and ceiling fans. Units are heated and cooled electric with electric range and water heater, so you only have one bill for electricity and one bill for water. South Slope provides quality direct internet services. These services are tenant paid. We provide trash and recycling. Finally, the proximity to local restaurants, beauty shops, and gym, as well as soon to come entertainment facilities, including Pinseekers Top Golf Opening Summer 2023, the area provides a great place to live with that small town, local feel. Travelling is an easy drive; 10 minutes to downtown Iowa City and immediate access to the interstate. We also pride ourselves by making sure your maintenance requests are honored quickly, especially when it comes to utilities and necessity services or items!
