    Lived at the Nicholas for about a year and a half and have 0 complaints. The Nicholas is in the perfect location downtown, literally in the middle of everything. For downtown living I always felt safe with 24/7 lighting around the building, key fob entry at every door & secure parking garage. The leasing office & maintenance staff are great. Only had 1 or 2 maintenance issues while living there & they were always handled quickly & efficiently. New modern & clean building with great amenities. If ...
    I ever move back to Columbus I would definitely stay at the Nicholas again.
