April 8, 2025Improvements continue to be made and maintenance (which can be challenging) continues to be addressed (elevators for example) but generally it’s quite nice and well located - would like to have some kind of food/dining option in retail space and perhaps some concession from town to put a little pedestrian cable bridge or something crossing the river where the short trail is that could make a loop more possible though this is icing on a pretty decent cakeProperty Manager Responded

January 24, 2025love living at The Nines! The aesthetics are hotel-like and impressive. Cleaning and maintenance staff are prompt and efficient. The management team is 5-star, very responsive to issues. My only complaint is the shower pressure, which is only strong between 1-5 AM. It allows us to experience the best of several important communities, Newton, Wellesley, Needham, and Morristown throw from downtown as well.
