      As it stands, this is probably the best and most luxurious property Columbia SC has to offer in apartment living . The modern appliances and overall home design layout provides a homy but amazingly stylish feel. The amenities are simply unbeatable and not those you'd find in a standard apartment complex. I truly hope the community continues its current upkeep or exceeds this high standard of living. Super family friendly, interactive community events, and solace all in one place. Love it!

      I am confused why a developer would spend the money they did on sod (Bermuda grass) and do nothing to keep it alive. All the grass around the clubhouse and buildings 400-600 is dead. There were sprinklers running a couple of months ago, but now all that grass is dead/dying.

      The One at Columbia is clean, safe, and quiet. I enjoy the social events and all the amenities here. The smart home feature is excellent and made the transition of moving in very easy and convenient. My neighbors are friendly and helpful.
