I am a first time renter and have currently been living at The One in a one bedroom for about three weeks. The apartment floor plan is spacious and modern, just the design I was looking for to fit my style. I love that it is a new build with everything I need and more. The staff is nice! Communication is a little slow for my liking. But, I have faith that will get better once the building is fully done and staff is settled into their routines. The amenities are beautiful. Especially, loving the ...
gym area! It has been quiet, peaceful, and respectful establishment to live in so far. I look forward to it being maintained that way.
