    It’s been good living here. The only reason I give four stars is because of noise issues, but otherwise, we have thoroughly enjoyed living here.

    Easy to get a long with and understand the staff and rules. Location is great. Only issue I’ve ever occurred was once, and it was the after hours number. No one picked up and the issue had to be resolved through calling 911 unfortunately. Other than this one experience, everyone has been very understanding and great to have around in a good community.

    Good safe community. The rent is fair enough for the quality of dwelling and the management does care about you. The facilities are clean as well with a solid gym and nice pool.

    Love the apartment, the location and the office staff, but my upstairs neighbors stomp very loudly constantly. It may be their children who apparently just run back and forth. No peace until around 9:00 pm

    I don't have any complaints because Its normally a quite place and the maintenance crew is always friendly and helpful. We have been here over 7 years and dont have much to complain about.

    Apartment was filthy upon move in. Water in the pan below the water heater. Broken blinds in both bedrooms. Carpenter ants everywhere, in and out. Water not hot coming out of all sinks. Cold only.

    I was wowed at first sight! I can see why they was voted best interior 2024. If anyone is interested in looking for a place to rent, I would recommend that they go to the Oakley in Saraland, and then the people who work there are super friendly,helpful and patient.
