October 26, 2020The manager, Sylvia, is very knowledgeable, kind, and concerned about the tenants that reside there. She was always very attentive to any issues or concerns that I had. The overall complex itself is very nice, very well maintained and has all that amenities that a person should want. The maintenance staff there is very professional and timely. If I find myself in need of an apartment I will certainly inquire at the Oaks in Lincolnton first.Property Manager Responded

Great place to live
January 1, 2020The apartments are spacious, the area is very clean and quiet, Absolutely no issues with any criminal activity. Management ( Miss Silvia) is very renter friendly and is on top of any issues brought to her attention. The handyman (Kenny)is very knowledgeable in all needed repairs. All in all very nice place to live. I would definitely recommend The Oaks to anyone looking for a nice place to live.Property Manager Responded

Wonderful apartment complex!
October 12, 2019If you're looking for a clean, friendly, and kept-up environment, this is it. The Oaks are a great place to live no matter what age you are. There are several amenities, such as a dog park, a basketball court, a playground for the kids, a laundromat, a mini gym, and multiple posts along the property equipped to help everyone pick up after their pets. It's very well lit at night, maintenance is always quick to solve any issues, and the property manager, Sylvia, is incredibly friendly and ...attentive! Poor conditions and management
October 4, 2019When we moved in, we had pest control come in during the first week due to flees. We’ve never owned any pets due to allergies so this was an indication of their environment management/pest control or their inability to properly prepare an apartment for new residents. Management is quite unprofessional and does not take responsibility for their actions when it’s due. September 25, 2019Moved here a few months ago and I love it! I come from a larger city and the staff here is better than any I've come in contact with elsewhere. Friendly, timely service.
