    Great place place to stay, very quite nice living area. All utilities included with your rent so you don't have to worry about that! Management and maintenance was great always there when needed, very accommodating!

    My fiancé and I moved here in February. We signed a 6 month lease and move into a cozy studio layout 1 bedroom. We love it so much here, we signed another lease and moved into a renovated two bedroom. Which by by the way, is beautiful! It’s peaceful and quiet, you really feel at home. Debbie, the Manager, goes above and beyond to make things happen in a timely order. Maintenance is on point as well. Very quick to fix things! We love it here! -Rachael M. & Chris D.

    My husband and I have been here for about four months now and we really love it ! Debby, in the office is fantastic along with all the maintenance crew. We are very happy to have found such a great place to live since we came from Texas and didnt know the area.     The Oaks Apartments is a great place to live with all the amenities you will ever need. The location is quiet and peaceful. A nice serene place with mountains, trails and creeks that make it a great place to call home. All utilities are included along with furniture, kitchen appliances, lien for bath and bed. I'm very happy with all this place has to offer.

    My Husband and I found this place last October, and we have been ecstatic in living here. The grounds are beautiful and quiet, and the conveniences of living here, with everything included is phenomenal. Our Property Manager, Debby, and our Maintenance person, Mike, always make sure we are taken care of, when we need it.
