The board here has gone through property management companies like crazy and have no problem gouging its residents for money to NOT fix or take care of the property. The pool area is in shambles, the spa does not work and leaks. They have not repaved the parking area. Some backyards flood after heavy rain and they allow just about anyone to move in here. Walk the entire property and you'll see. There way it looks is the way it has always looked. It has the potential though.
