Horrible
April 18, 2021These apartments have become such a horrible place to live in. They keep changing owners so theres always some type of changes happening that never gets finished. They let just anyone live here. I dont feel safe anymore. The front door is supposed to have a lock and someone keeps breaking it and it doesnt get fixed for a long time, because of that homeless people comes in and sleep in the laundry room downstairs. Nothing against homeless people but last time they pooped in the washing machine. ...Thats not good, especially the fact that maintenance jut cleaned it and didnt replace it. They also leave a big mess in there. The maintenance is horrible, you ask to fix something and they somewhat fix it and leave a huge mess. The apartment manager is the only good thing about this place. She really tries her best but theres so much she can do. Also the cleaning lady is amazing, leaves the hallways spotless and smelling amazing but its for nothing because the people that lives here ruin it by making unnecessary messes. Used to be good but not anymore, it has potential to be great if a good owner comes along and really fixes all its issues. The manager is great and the price is good. It's just ok
October 12, 2015The apartment is a nice size . It could be beautiful depending on how much you want to do to it personally . However the problem is the landlord dose horrible repairs , I had a leak and he fixed the leak but covered the whole with the same piece of moldy dry wall . Not much gets done here .. Everything is so sloppy ..Review from Apartments.com
