February 21, 2025Overall the units and amenities are nice. One piece of feedback I have is clearing the backdoor sidewalks after it snows. Sometimes it’s several days before those are cleared. The parking lot spaces were also not cleared even after cars were removed.Property Manager Responded

February 21, 2025Since moving in the Oaks six years ago, I’ve had some highs and lows. My rent has increased $500 since then. Sometimes I’ve been ignored when I’ve sent emails to the office. The entrance sign says luxury and I don’t feel it is. The light fixtures in our building have had dead bugs for a while and the trash room is filthy and stinks. I was told two years ago that our building was going to be remodeled and I don’t think it’s going to happen. I also don’t like the barking dogs on our floor…pay ...a lot of money and feel like I live in a kennel. They used to have events here every month, now they don’t. I also miss some of the employees that you used to work here. I do like my view and living in Vernon Hills.Property Manager Responded
