So Happy here!
June 21, 2024I have lived here for a couple years now and I am very very satisfied. The staff here are all so friendly. Sadiq the maintenance man came over and looked at my stove for me and came in such a timely matter after I put my maintenance order in. He was very kind and considerate making sure I was safe. The management team here are so wonderful and caring too. They always listen and are caring to my needs. I am so happy to be a part of this community as so is my son. Horrible
December 7, 2023Don’t let the nice pictures fool you. While they updated the kitchen that’s about all they updated, and good luck getting any help on fixing anything. The new leasing office staff is HORRIBLE. They are rude and almost never there. They never answer the phone, and almost always have to contact corporate to get ahold of them. Also the price listed is not your rent add about 2-3 hundred on top whatever there listing as because you’ll be paying that much in fees.Property Manager Responded

Nice quiet place in Reynoldsburg area
June 15, 2023I've lived at The Oaks for 3 years now, it's a nice quiet place. The new staff is great and always get back to me. Amenities are all included except for electric. Cute community pool, small gym equipment, laundry room needs updated but usable. They're always keeping up on landscape and preventable pest control. Rent is suitable for what it is, although it's gone up but that's inflation for you. All in all, I would recommend if you're looking for a place in Reynoldsburg.Property Manager Responded

One of the good places that I have Lived
June 1, 2020I stayed there for 2 years and 6 months. I was lucky that I never had any Roaches or bugs on my Apt. The place I stayed was quite. I was also lucky to have quite neighbors. Cons: The Apartment price went up but Completely understandable. The have done remodel. The Electric bill are always high on Peak summer and winter. The average of 107 and low to 40 and max to 290. Apt office started adding water bill. That was not quite fair. With previous management we had rent and straight + 75 ...(includes trash and everything) I found out we have funny smell coming of the apartment. Take your money elsewhere
December 19, 2019This place deserves 0 stars. Everything is poorly maintained and overpriced. Nothing but problems since we've moved in. From cockroaches to bed bugs, toxic mold to the buildings rotting and falling apart. Not to mention break ins, things being stolen, murders and suicides in the apartments. TOXIC MOLD
April 22, 2018This community is an awful place to live. I was diagnosed with vertigo and was told by my doctor that I was exposed to toxic mold. The only mold that I was ever exposed to was the one at these apartments. My bathroom is covered in mold and so were the walls in my bedroom and the other second bedroom. I lived in a town home that had old carpet and maintenance never fixed anything. Good old Sabrina LOL what a quack. And Josie told me to just spray bleach on it it will go away. Now the mold only ...came back with a vengeance. Now that I am out of that apartment thank God my lungs are doing better and the vertigo is gone but people being very very leery about this place. It is not a place for quiet family time this is a place that gets broken into, drug dealers all around. And bedbugs. Stay away from this place!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
