This apartment complex is absolutely awful. We had countless issues WHILE we lived there that never got addressed, but the real issue was after we moved out. Originally after hurricane Harvey, they wanted us to continue to pay rent and pay all our bills even though we had no home to go back to. The roof had caved in, and there was water and mold all over our apartment floors and walls. Obviously not livable, so they agreed to end our lease a month early. (It was supposed to end in October) ...
anyways, we were told multiple times that we'd get our deposits back, and nope. We were just contacted and told that we would NOT be receiving our deposits back, AND we somehow had nearly a $100 water bill charge we owe them. $100 water bill?! Absolutely not. We moved out at the end of August, any water used after that is NOT our responsibility. Bottom line is, the management they have there WILL try and screw you out of your money. They seem friendly but only have their best interest in mind. I read plenty of reviews saying that these people will take your money, I should've listened
