SEWAGE FLOODING, ROACHES, AND A GATE THAT NEVER WORKS
March 5, 2024So I could write essay after essay about every reason not to rent here but let’s keep it simple. Do NOT trust anything your told in the leasing office because the gate never works and most of the downstairs apartments flood with SEWAGE. As the cherry on top, roaches are pretty much a constant issue. If I could give less than 1 star I would.Property Manager Responded

This place is terrible
January 31, 2024This place sucks! DO NOT move here! Our air conditioning went out during heat wave and they didn’t fix it for almost a week. Place is dirty, they are rude and they do not communicate. They are always turning off water.Property Manager Responded

Moved in 6.3.2022
June 4, 2022Just moved here. The place on the outside looks beautiful. Beautiful trees/amenities etc……. However I am a little disappointed in the extreme outdated kitchen and bathroom. The apartments had a few issues that I was able to look pass because Maintenance says they will fix it Monday. HOWEVER!!!!! This is my 2nd night at this apartment and it’s roach infested!!!!!! I couldn’t believe my eyes when I turned on my kitchen light! I took pictures. At this point I just want out of this lease!Property Manager Responded

September 11, 2021Does it really take long to get approved or decline in this apartment complex? We’ve been waiting for almost three weeks now and we have not heard from them. We tried calling and the office tells us that they’re waiting for management. I’ve tried emailing BHManagement and there’s no reply, not a single one! I know you need to make sure your tenants are legit, but can you also send a message if you’re still processing the application notice so we know if we will wait or not.
