Our apartment homes offer spacious open concept living areas available in 1 bedroom/1 bath, 1 bed 1 bath w/ pantry, 2 bedroom/1 bathroom or 2 bedrooms/2 baths. Our spacious onsite laundry room is located on 2nd floor. Individual heating and cooling systems maintain comfortable temperatures throughout each home whatever the season and heating costs are included in the monthly rent. Each apartment has a covered patio or balcony. Our apartment homes come with a Whirlpool stainless steel appliance package that includes: a fridge, microwave range hood, glass top range with self-cleaning oven feature, and a dishwasher to make the kitchen complete for all your cooking needs. We participate in the local Crime Free Housing program and our buildings feature secure building entrances and security cameras. Large community rooms with kitchens and public restrooms are available for The Oaks on 20th community events or residents’ private gatherings. Well-equipped fitness rooms are available at no additional cost so you don’t need to leave the comfort of home or pay for monthly fitness membership fees. A media/theater room is available for residents to enjoy watching the big game on a big screen, with plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the use of the big screen. Outdoors, enjoy our playground, grilling stations and nearby biking/walking trails. On-site management and caretakers strive to provide an enjoyable living environment for our residents. Our professionally trained service technicians address maintenance requests promptly and thoroughly. Optional amenities include detached garages $65 TV/Internet package $85 Pets are allowed with a $200 fee and $25 a month. Breed restrictions apply. Poor management
September 22, 2025High turnover with management. Make sure to document everything or you will get screwed by what the last guy told you! Good luck with maintenance, they will make you file a claim with renters insurance. Was on the first floor, gutter dumped right onto my patio. Laundry is a joke, minimum running the dryer 2x. Charged each time. Location is great. No weight restriction on dogs.Review from Apartments.com
Great New Buildings
February 14, 2021I moved in right when the buildings opened and have enjoyed my experience! Neighbors have all been friendly and courteous and facility maintained well. There is plenty of parking for all residents and when issues arise (power outages, water heater fails, etc.) all are resolved as quickly as possible. My only possible complaint is that it is very easy to hear neighbors and their daily activities, but again every neighbor I have had so far has been very courteous. I've been more than happy with the ...quality, the prices, and the responsiveness of facility management!
