Fire Riser Alarm

I have an alarm that goes off every 10 seconds in the fire riser room .. I have called every night for maintenance to come turn it off .. tonight they are ignoring my calls and it has been beeping since 11pm
This has been a repeated issue and I’ve spoken to the office and they promise to have it fixed.. it’s awful .. and there is a whole parking lot closed because of sinkholes for months ..

We moved in with just a tour through FaceTime and we were so impressed! Moved in March of this year & blown away by staff. Maintenance issues fixed within a day, no sign of dogs (poo) but extremely pet friendly. Everyone is kind! Pool feels like you’re at a resort. Within minutes from everything you need but so private it truely feels like you’re at an oasis. I feel so safe here!

There is nothing this complex won’t do to make you feel comfortable and at home. I love my apartment and it looked brand new when I walked in I was amazed ! Top notch amenities are VERY well kept. Maintenance is always on time and precise and make sure you’re satisfied with all fixes granted there is not much to fix with this complex. It’s just so great. I’ve only been here five months and I’m so looking forward to renewing my lease. I never felt more safe and at peace at any complex like oasis, ...
please let’s give them a round of applause for their great communication in office and for their continuous appreciation for us leasing to them by their monthly treats . A perk I would like to add as well is they ALWAYS have a guest food truck vendor come out ! I have no complaints living here. Check them out !

my fiancée, myself and our daughter moved here about five or six months ago and we’ve loved it since!! it’s a very nice, loving and beautiful community! our daughter also gets to enjoy her time swimming and just walking around outside. the maintenance is amazing and fast! the front office ladies are also very sweet and friendly!! my fiancée and i will be here for a while as we’ve already discussed this with one another! 100/10 recommend!

I love my apartment and staff. I moved here about three years now. I moved from Michigan, and words will do justice describing the beauty and luxury of the apartment and landscaping here!!
I will say that it is quiet, and secure! I left my car door open by mistake one night and the next afternoon nothing was disturbed in it.. the residence here are nice and friendly..
If you have any issues with anything they are right on top of it.. I wouldn’t live anywhere else..

Amenities don’t work. Pool has been down for 12 days (including over Memorial Day weekend) no updates on when it will work. Four treadmills in the gym but only one has worked since March. They say they’re on back order but Amazon has plenty available for shipping tomorrow. Not one office person that was here in March is still here- not sure what’s going on but seems to be going downhill. Maintenance for issues in the apartment is great- only reason this isn’t one star.

Absolutely horrible. My wife and I have lived here for 3 years, and it continues to get worse and worse. Not just from a quality standpoint, but also with management. You are paying for a gated community, but if you live on the North side, the gate has been broken for all 3 years we have lived here. In addition, we have had constant electrical issues in our apartment, and the apartment refuses to call an actual electrician. They will send out their onsite maintenance who has electrocuted himself ...
several times. The issue is still not fixed, and we have no overhead lights in the master bedroom. The worse part is the air conditioning unit. The air conditioning unit breaks at least once a month, and you will wake up in a sweat and spend all day with an apartment that is above 80 degrees. Again, they refuse to call an HVAC company and just send onsite maintenance. Last month we were woken up by our smoke detector due to smoke coming out of our vents. Again, just a temporary fix that led to us without air conditioning a few weeks later.
