: A Beautiful Disappointment
January 8, 2024While Oasis at Mosspark's infrastructure dazzles, our experience with the office staff dimmed its shine. The service fell short of the professionalism and courtesy expected for such a community. Access restrictions in social zones, while understandable, were handled inflexibly, leaving us feeling unwelcome with our young daughter 17 y/o. It's unfortunate that such a beautiful community is marred by unprofessional service. While the infrastructure impresses, the lack of basic courtesy and problem-solving skills from the office staff impedes families like ours from fully enjoying the amenities and feeling valued.
