My kitchen faucet broke over two weeks ago, and I have not been able to use my kitchen only for small things and have to rinse out the dishes in the bathroom sink. I have called the office and left a message no response. I have gone by the office on two different occasions only to be told the system is down, or they would check with maintenance. I have sent maintenance a message and asked what the status of the repair is, no response. I have emailed management, no response. The staff in the ...
office thinks it is cute and even funny to put people off. I have never seen such incompetency and laziness in my life. The staff is only here to receive a paycheck, and/or reduced rent for an apartment.
I have lived in many apartments across this country and have worked security for some and I know it does not take two weeks to get a part especially when you have Lowe's and Home Depot less than 5 miles away. I finally had to file a complaint with the corporate office, waiting to see if they will respond.
