The unit was clean and well kept. All maintenance request have been done and fixed the next day. The front office is responsive and will call you back if they miss your call. I was able to add a garage with ease. This is the place to live in Midland.Property Manager Responded

The staff are very attentive, the maintenance team works to fix things very quickly, and the management team actually takes the time to learn your name and get to know you making the place seem very homey. The apartments are decently priced considering the area, amenities, and updated style within them as well. I truly appreciate that I found this place!

January 12, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comthe oasis looks nice and fancy but was built incredibly cheap the shower looks like a prison shower the walls are literally thinner than paper put windows dont have a seal so they let in cold air in the winter like crazy and we pay for valet trash service yet on multiple occasions they was more than 3 trash bags at my step not because i put a lot of trash out but because it wasnt picked up for 3 days and theres no dumpster so i cant even throw it myself
