August 6, 2025I've been here about 10 months and I will absolutely renew. As someone who has rented quite a few places, I value the importance of responsiveness, cleanliness, and a friendly community. The leasing agents and management in the office are SO helpful. Such a friendly face and they are supportive of their residents. The maintenance staff is the most responsive I've experienced and they fix any ticket instantly. They're really kind too. Love living here
January 25, 2021I have been here a short period of time but in the time that i have been here. The office staff have been amazing on walking you thru things and answering questions. November 1, 2019Living at the oasis has been an amazing experience for my family. The oasis makes an incredible effort to make this community feel like home. They offer enjoyable gatherings for everyone to come together and meet your neighbors, such as the recent Halloween party hosted at beautiful clubhouse. The staff has often gone above and beyond to insure that the community is safe, clean, and stress free. In my 15 months of living here I have noticed that they truly listen to the residents needs. A GREAT AND FRIENDLY PLACE TO CALL HOME!
October 26, 2019I have been living here at The Oasis for two years. My apartment is gorgeous, if I need anything done such as a lightbulb changed or me dropping something in the garbage disposal. the maintenance crew is there to fix any of my issues or your issues when you move in. DID I mention its PET FRIENDLY! Oh DID I mention the gym and the spin room? We have it all here. There is also a children's play area so its kid friendly as well! It has a beautiful grill area with table and chairs. The community is ...friendly. This summer the Oasis staff threw a Luau Party for the community. it was a great mixer for many to meet new families and new friends. Food was great kids loved the face painting. October 26, 2019We moved in over the summer and have had an amazing experience. The staff is wonderful, helpful, friendly, and accommodating. AND the apartment is beautiful. New with nice finishes. The kitchen has TONS of storage, beautiful granite countertops, nice stainless steel appliances. Bathrooms have nice storage as well. The apartment has in unit washer and dryer. The smart technology comes in handy. You can remotely lock/unlock your door. Or change your thermostat. I could go on and on. August 19, 2017The Oasis staff has been nothing but friendly and attentive since I started communicating with them a while back. I started the leasing process with them before I moved up from FL and anytime I had a question about the apartments or leasing paperwork they responded by email or phone the same day. I was able to see the model apartment last week once I got into town and meet the staff and they're just as fabulous in person.
