I've been here about 10 months and I will absolutely renew. As someone who has rented quite a few places, I value the importance of responsiveness, cleanliness, and a friendly community. The leasing agents and management in the office are SO helpful. Such a friendly face and they are supportive of their residents. I have been here a short period of time but in the time that i have been here. The office staff have been amazing on walking you thru things and answering questions. Maintenance is on top over any problems you might have. The ppl in the community are so nice and properly is well taken care of a beautiful to look at.

Living at the oasis has been an amazing experience for my family. The oasis makes an incredible effort to make this community feel like home. I have been living here at The Oasis for two years. My apartment is gorgeous, if I need anything done such as a lightbulb changed or me dropping something in the garbage disposal. the maintenance crew is there to fix any of my issues or your issues when you move in. We moved in over the summer and have had an amazing experience. The staff is wonderful, helpful, friendly, and accommodating. AND the apartment is beautiful. New with nice finishes. The Oasis staff has been nothing but friendly and attentive since I started communicating with them a while back. I started the leasing process with them before I moved up from FL and anytime I had a question about the apartments or leasing paperwork they responded by email or phone the same day. I was able to see the model apartment last week once I got into town and meet the staff and they're just as fabulous in person. I can't wait to move into my gorgeous new home!
