When it comes to how the layout of the apartment is. The lack of a ceiling fan in the living room or bedroom. But they put one in the cutout extra room. No patio but a nonsensical cubby hole room, the toilets are very very low flush. The electric switches that don’t power anything, placement of the outlets. The tiny kitchen. When they could have made it bigger by just making it one ...long kitchen. No microwave. The 2 things that are amazing though. Are the maintenance ppl and the management office. They also recently upgraded the mailroom and added smarthome features. The biggest pitfall is that the units are not very soundproof as you can hear everything going on outside the unit.

The staff is always available when we need them and maintenance is always fast and efficient if we need something fixed. The complex is also located near a lot of stores which makes it very convenient to shop when you need something. The amenities are always clean and they definitely make you feel at home. Would recommend this place for families.

When we moved in we were told we would have a second floor with vaulted ceilings, unfortunately that is not what we got. The apartments themselves aren't capable of handling wifi installations, something with the wiring, which is frustrating. They are newly renovated but could be built a little better as our front door is falling apart and the air conditioning works only in certain parts of the house, the dishwasher falls out of ...the wall and occasionally backs up into the sink.Read More

August 7, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comBeen here for close to 3 years. A few issues with Maintenance over the years but the community is safe. The management team is fine. They do occasionally forget to add problems and exterminations to the schedule. I've had packages lost a few times at the office but once again, I've lived in many apartment communities in Central Florida and this one is one of the better ones. It's worth a look!
Truly an Oasis
July 21, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comWhen I moved to Apopka from my previous address, I was in a rush to find a home. My lease was up in a few days and I still had nowhere to go, until as fate would have it, Google brought up Oasis at Wekiva Apartments. Thankfully they were exactly in my price range and required an extremely low security deposit. If Google had not brought up this apartment complex, I would be homeless or flat broke.
I would live here again
March 18, 2013 - Review from Apartments.comI was a student going to FCNH, in 2005, I would definitely recommend living here. Maintenance lived on the property and was able to fix any issues I had in a timely manor. I would say if you are looking to live here, try to get an apartment towards the middle of the complex I felt safe, it was very close to everything i needed. walking distance to grocery and 7/11 and easy access to I-4
