Terrible communication from the staff member Marsha. Rescheduled my tour 1 hour before and never texted back to reschedule. Showed up to the office and it was always locked, ran into her during a tour and she had the worst attitude.

Steven the administrative assistant, is awesome at what he does. He's very attentative and a great listener. Since I moved here in June 2023, this is cleanest Ive ever seen the property. Ramon, the maintenance man is a very hard worker and always curtious. The entire leasing team is professional and helpful. Keep up the great work!

I have been here 4years and just renewed my lease. The new management company has done more this year than all the years I’ve been here. The maintenance men Carlos and Roman are very good. The office is really nice and the new girl Marsha is very helpful. I hope they keep the office

This is a great location if you’re looking for affordable housing near the interstate dining grocery stores and convenience as far as the management I met Ernesto and the team which I can share are only very professional and will provide good service when needed for resident work orders, etc. I would recommend this location again. I can’t emphasize enough if you’re looking for affordable housing close to many great things in Oakland Park Florida area.
