Since I moved here in June 2023, this is cleanest Ive ever seen the property. Ramon, the maintenance man is a very hard worker and always curtious. I can’t emphasize enough if you’re looking for affordable housing close to many great things in Oakland Park Florida area.

I made a tour on their WEBSITE! and i was there for an hour waiting. don't even bother. the place looks like crap, and on top of that looking at reviews seems to be a roach problem and a gun problem.
