One of the best complexes I've lived at!
August 25, 2025I've been living here for almost a year now and I couldn't be happier. Everything is so new and modern - all the finishes and hardware are really what drew me to the place. The entire building is safe and gated and the neighborhood is walkable, which I enjoy. Bait and Switch Tactics - Beware
July 30, 2023I had a very unfortunate experience when attempting to apply with the Olive. I had applied for a unit, and got in touch with the leasing agent specialist. I had great communication with them, answering all my questions, and they deserve a solid review. However, after about a month after I originally applied for the selected unit, and after constantly asking for the papers to sign the lease, I was informed the rent would be over 10.5% more than what I originally applied for. I was assured that ...they would try to honor the price, but after a few days and my plea for a compromise, it was rejected, the new price will be enforced. I know that no lease was signed, however, after a non-refundable $30 application and the opportunity cost of missing out on other potential places, it seems extremely disingenuous to lead me on for over a month and then jack up the prices.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
