I moved here shortly after touring the community under the previous management, and the difference since the ownership change has been significant. Communication with the office is difficult, much of the process is automated, and I have often felt that resident concerns are dismissed. Maintenance response times have been disappointing for urgent issues, repairs frequently appear to be the least expensive fix rather than a lasting solution, and I have repeatedly had to clean up trash and debris ...
left behind after maintenance visits. The property looks attractive at first glance, but the construction quality and upkeep have not matched the rent being charged.
There are also several ongoing inconveniences. The single dumpster is frequently overflowing, the pool is sometimes unavailable during posted hours or being vacuumed while residents are swimming, there are no building entry call boxes for guests, cellular service is poor, and the building layout is confusing for visitors and delivery drivers. While the apartments have a modern appearance, my experience has been that management, maintenance, and overall quality have declined substantially. I would encourage prospective residents to read recent reviews and ask detailed questions before signing a lease.
