They do this by having a lifestyle coach (Michala) organize activities to help residents experience growth in their lives. The designer for the complex really spent time planning the layout of the outdoor amenities and made the layout of the apartments something special. We enjoy living in this special apartment complex.

Even before I moved in, the office staff as well as the owner have been super friendly and I feel welcomed here. I also feel a sense of community among my neighbors. I'm soo happy I chose The One. Aside from the top tier amenities and apartment finish outs, the owner and onsite team do an outstanding job at putting a focus on wellness and bringing community together for the residents. Holly and Olivia have been phenomenal “rock stars”—professional, warm, and consistently accommodating. Property manager Chase and the entire staff are responsive, amiable, and helpful. From our first visit, we felt welcomed and a strong sense of community. We toured multiple models, and the team was patient, understanding, and never rushed us. The owner clearly takes pride in the property, ...with a strong focus on resident care and satisfaction. Lincoln, the maintenance chief, is especially responsive and friendly. The property feels like an oasis-style resort with excellent upkeep and abundant amenities. Amenities include a sky deck with mountain views, a resort-style pool with palm trees and lighting, a beautiful gym, courtyards, and elegant common areas. The property is consistently clean, secure, and well-managed, with gated access and multiple secured entry points. There are also wellness-focused offerings like free yoga and life coaching for residents. Nearby conveniences include Sprouts, EV charging stations, coffee shops like Black Rock Coffee, and EOS Gym. There have also been community cookouts hosted by the owners, reinforcing their focus on resident experience. We are one of the first who moved in and jaws just dropped from the gorgeous entry, to the spiral stairs leading to the theater and Speakeasy rooms to the beautiful pool with the cold plunge! The gym is top notch and the red sauna room (just having it there!) is simply amazing! .. not to mention the pool table and the gaming alcove where all the old video games are at your fingertips! So many areas outside to just sit, relax and even do some work! There ...are even work spaces (rooms) that are for the remote workers and the conference room is also for tenant use! As for the unit itself, you can choose the dark wood or white. Either one - its all brand spanking new and just simply beautiful. It's perfect for us..and the best part on top of all the above is that you're smack dab in the middle of restaurants and shopping (and easy, close drive to those shopping areas)..plus..just across the street is the brand new shopping area (Target, etc) that's ready to open soon! I have been living here for a while now and I can officially say that I love it here. Our whole experience from the initial contact to getting our keys was SO seamless all thanks to Olivia and Holli! We truly could not have done it without them. They helped out so much with the application process, our requests, and all of our dumb questions. As well as the ...maintenance guy with the mini van, I APPRECIATE that guy so much. He once told me that he picked up some stray nails he found around my car so that I wouldn't get a flat. A true hero in my book! The property is gorgeous as well! There is no shortage of things to do or random nooks to work or read in, outside of your apartment. Also, everything is always so clean and orderly around the property. Literally nothing was an afterthought here. I truly appreciate all the staff and my time here! Definitely a place I want to stay for a while!Read More
