Overall satisfied, but not with the parking situation
August 4, 2023The Onyx has 5 floors of apartments, but only about 10 parking spots for the building (covered parking). Overflow parking is reserved across the street at Lilac Pointe. There were 8 people on the waiting list for Onyx parking when I joined and I doubt there’ll be much movement on the list. It’s just a little inconvenient having to always cross the street to get to my car if I’m paying the same price for a uncovered parking spot as those who got an onsite, covered parking spot. Love where I'm living
December 8, 2022I had recently moved in and I am loving every minute. Ever since the start, the management team has been very friendly and courteous and more than helpful. Katie was extremely helpful in the process and I couldn't have asked for a smoother transition for me. I work downtown and this is such a perfect location.
