Bugs and pot
February 2, 2026This place is a joke they have cockroaches and when you called call them to ask for the Buckeye to come out it takes at least a month to get them out to do nothing but put a sticky track down and say they're coming back and 3 months later they don't come back almost everybody there smokes pot in the apartment so the common area smell like weed and it will seep into your apartment when you have children management does not really care about anything if I could give a negative review I wouldReview from Apartments.com
Lived here for a year
September 19, 2023I got a new apartment! They remodeled. The wood floors are grey which I loved. Very modern. The outside looks old. But inside is very neat! One thing I didn’t like is how you can hear your neighbors walking back and forth. Very thin walls. I didn’t like that it had electric appliances. For one person or a couple this is an ideal place to live! Especially if you’re young and just starting out!Review from Apartments.com
DO NOT RENT HERE!!
July 1, 2020This place has SUCH bad management! I had numerous problems with my unit including a huge leak when it rained that eventually turned into MOLD. They did nothing about it I called in a mold removal company myself to verify if there was mold and he confirmed. When I brought it to the property managers attention he denied it and said he fixed it “I don’t see any mold.” And ended up kicking us out instead. (Remove the tenant not the problem apparently) most the “perks” listed on here are outdated ...and inaccurate. There is no assigned parking/pool/ security (a armed man walked into our building pounding on doors) etc. They only care about your money not about you. New Management
February 2, 2018Not a great place to live, new management on site very unorganized not professional at all. And for the new parking company that only takes cash and most of the time the tenants are not even at fault for the $170 fine that the parking company charges. If they would have a better system in the office as to being organized and do there job when tenants go and complain of the parking scam that is going on, it would be a suitable place. September 6, 2017I had a couple friends over for 25 mins a hired private company put a boot on his car for $170 cash on the spot for a policy I was not made aware of by management no visitor parking no sign. They put an eviction notice on your door after you're a couple days late. One day I was doing laundry some guy who works on the apartments I think mean mugged me and asked me what I was doing like I was going to rob him and the office when he opened the door. July 19, 2017The new owner is actually doing something about fixing up the place, apartments are being remodeled and kicking out bad people that are selling drugs, smoking weed and not paying their rent!!! Whoever is bad talking about this apartments is because they are getting evicted because they haven't paid!! New management
July 14, 2017Loved living here until new management. Raised rent, not pet friendly. An extra $25 pet per month. You can't park your car in front of your apartment. Now you can't park it so that the front wheel drive work in winter because the new parking agency can't see your sticker anywhere else but your back window. Even if clearly displayed in the front window. Not doing any mainframe on tenants just empty apartments. No pool available, and laundry room is a rip off.Review from Apartments.com
