Conveniently Located

I've been at The Opal for 3 years (since opening). It's been great! Things have changed over the years, but I love how close I am to all parts of the valley. The building is clean and well-maintained, and the apartments themselves are a comfortable and sensible layout. I do wish there was more storage space, but I love my large balcony (that has a very large storage closet). Its right across the street from Costco, and only a few blocks from other grocery stores.

Great place to live. The Opal will cover all your expectations and probably in some cases beyond. The price-benefits ratio is adequate and fair. The easy access to Costco and Valley Fair Mall is a plus that cannot be dismissed.

Luis & the staff are just wonderful. Completely respectful & kind. The Opal is an amazing place to live with a wonderful gym/ outside patio area/ a place to grill up/ swimming pool&javuzzi. last but not least a spectacular game room w/ home theater. Love it here if you couldn’t tell. Thanks for all you do staff.
