    I believe many people who have lived in an owner occupied home for many, many years are reluctant to think of a place like the Orchards as being a living experiencethey would like. They think of it as an apartment, and the last apartment they were in might've been 40 or 50 years ago. I know that's the way I felt. I think we all should be diligent about calling these homes.     There has been no real improvement since I moved in not that I would brag about. The landscape is horrible. That would be the first red flag for me if I was looking for a place to live the people who work there have been nice, but the owners have not invested anything to make The facility appealing to say I wanna live there. You have a flag in front is tattered and ripped that’s the first thing that you see when you pull up in the driveway. The parking is horrible. The dog park is dead. The dogs ...
