Smokers rejoice!
January 29, 2016If you are a smoker looking for a social gathering, look no further. The Orleans has all the cigarette smoke you can ever dream of. These people congregate around the pool area and light up. The smell penetrates everything around. I feel like I get the black lung just walking through that area. I would complain, but when "management" is beasties with this group of future cancer victims what change do I have besides moving?...i would complain about the dozens of other things that is wrong with ...this place, but most of it has been covered.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Beautiful place but lots of mice!
January 26, 2016The Orleans apartments are beautiful, I moved in and discovered mice droppings under my bathroom sink. I told onsite management about it. Tami ignored me. 4 months later still have mice and I can't find onsite management. Apparently she is avoiding me because she thinks I am making the mice problem up because she is in total denial. Looks are deceiving!
January 25, 2016I fell in love with the Orleans, it's beautiful on the outside. But after I moved in I learned the ugliness of it. I found mice under my bathroom sink, I told onsite management about it and she basically went into denial mode Without even taking a look. There are mice droppings all over the inside cabinets. I brought this to their attention months ago and they have yet to fix this mice problem.Review from Apartments.com

October 24, 2015Lived here for 1 year, moved out as soon as my least was up. The windows single pane windows, walls are extra thin and very noisy. I worked at night and struggled to get a good night sleep because of all the noise. Onsite Manager is non existent and total idiot who discriminates aginst your application unless you pay a "fee" to have your application "reconsidered" I found out from some tenants who where also moving there's alot of section 8 people living here and it's ...prevalent. Nice community
August 6, 2015I have lived here for almost 2yrs and it has been a great experience. The apartment itself is nice and was updated before we moved in. The landscaping is well maintained as well as the pool. The location is great for the surrounding schools, close to shops and restaurants. The management is awesome, I have never waited long to have any repairs done. The neighbors have become like family to me and everyone seems to get along well.
