    I feel like the Osprey management is here only to get people 's money for leaving in the community but do not care about the wellbeing of the residents. Before I came in confirmed with the Leasing office that it's a non smoking area but the Leasing office gave me an apartment in from of Marijuana smoker which make my family uncomfortable with the cloudy smoke and deadly smell inside our apartment. I contacted the management and they apologize instead of resolving the issue and respecting their ...
    words of saying smoke free apartment. I request a non smoking area ,nothing was done but they never miss a month to send me reminders about rent to pay every month. They care only about about our money not our wellbeing. My family is really disappointed. It is a really bad experience and the first bad experience of Leasing. I give less than 0 star.

    I like a lot of things of this place, mostly the peace and the care of almost all areas here. Also tge personal is friendly. I just miss a Gym.

    Been here for 5 years now and very pleased with the improvements made. Maintenance and front staff are excellent. My issue still remains regarding parking. Changes have been made to where we can get a vehicle towed if they are parked in our assigned space, but if they are blocking my vehicle in, I am basically out of luck. As someone with cancer who has a lot of appointments to get to and enough to stress about, this is just an added stressor on top of it.

    Love living here. Office staff and maintenance are always so helpful and friendly. My only complaint is still parking. It has gotten better since using on call parking, but I feel if I am paying for a service and someone is blocking my car in, stopping me from even getting out of my parking space, it should be towed. Other than that, living here has been good and improved over the 5 years I have been here.

    I enjoy my apartment very much. I’ve had no issues regarding living here :) I would say though, neighbors aren’t as neat with placing their trash in the dumpsters outside. However, the Osprey maintenance/landscapers do an excellent job with trying to keep the neighborhood clean. I just wish they didn’t have clean behind competent people.
