Who's in charge?
April 2, 2025The apartments are nice (as one would expect based on their age) and the staff is generally friendly. However, the management is a nightmare. Since moving in they have been plagued with system issues. The amenities are pretty good. The pickleball court they showed on their brochure 3 years ago when I moved is is finally nearing completion. Working with them is quite the pain the rear, compounded by the fact that they change management companies and therefore some of the staff constantly. I ...expect by the time I finish writing this I'll yet another portal I need to access to pay my bill.Property Manager Responded

Great Community - Terrible Management
October 10, 2024Great location. You actually live on Lake Norman. Not near it, but next to it. Beautiful apartments with crown molding. Covered garage. Close to everything and the community is wonderful. Ideal. What is wrong, Greystar management. They don’t know how to manage a luxury apartment complex. Lacking in communication and social events. Dismissed cleaning crew and hallways starting to smell. Poolside furniture dirty and grills subpar. Most of the onsite management team is young and green. It’s a ...shame. The previous team were wonderful, engaging and scheduled many events throughout the year. Maintenance team are an exception, they are excellent. By the way, Antonio is mentioned in earlier reviews, he and the others have left since Greystar rolled in. It’s too bad, The Osprey is the diamond in the rough.Property Manager Responded

April 29, 2024There is no soundproofing in the ceiling/floors. It is the worst I have ever lived in…. I can hear when my upstairs neighbor rolls over in bed and her bed creaks. My downstairs neighbors complain about how loud I am also. You cannot perform daily tasks let alone walk in your apartment without the person below hearing you. It is a nightmare I cannot wait to move out. 2 white noise machines in my room still cannot drown out the footsteps that sound like an elephant stomping and bed creaking above ...me.Property Manager Responded
