April 2, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comThe apartments are nice (as one would expect based on their age) and the staff is generally friendly. However, the management is a nightmare. Since moving in they have been plagued with system issues. The amenities are pretty good. The pickleball court they showed on their brochure 3 years ago when I moved is is finally nearing completion. Working with them is quite the pain the rear, compounded by the fact that they change management companies and therefore some of the staff constantly. Close to everything and the community is wonderful. Ideal. What is wrong, Greystar management. They don’t know how to manage a luxury apartment complex. Lacking in communication and social events. Dismissed cleaning crew and hallways starting to smell. Poolside furniture dirty and grills subpar. Most of the onsite management team is young and green. It’s a ...shame. The previous team were wonderful, engaging and scheduled many events throughout the year. Maintenance team are an exception, they are excellent. I can hear when my upstairs neighbor rolls over in bed and her bed creaks. My downstairs neighbors complain about how loud I am also. You cannot perform daily tasks let alone walk in your apartment without the person below hearing you.
