stolen packages
June 17, 2025Packages are being stolen in the mail room, people know who it is and the complex isn’t doing anything. There are cameras all over the property EXCEPT the mail room. Key access does nothing if our own neighbors are screwing us over. Not to mention all the common area fees we payProperty Manager Responded

Disappointing
February 14, 2024Premium rents but the amenities are sub-par. Rents keep going up each year for existing tenants but new tenants have been moving in to larger apartments at lower rents. Lots of amenities previously promised haven’t shown up yet.Property Manager Responded
