The rent is way too high for what you get. It needs upgrades to appliances, lighting, bathrooms. Cupboards, etc. Pretty much everything. They aren’t terrible, but very outdated and break down a lot. The staff is pretty good.

The move has been a wonderful experience. The only issue we had the dish washer not working but maintenance came straight out and got it fixed. Coming from another complex that will just complete tickets without doing anything, this honestly felt nice to have a team we can rely on.

I really like it here. The management team and maintenance crew are great. Location, location, location! The pool area is beautiful! Clean and kept up. I wish the breezeways were cleaner and some need re-painted.
