August 27, 2025I really like the fact that the Overlook is entry by FOB only; I feel secure. However, the noise level from upstairs is overwhelming most times. The staircase doors slam constantly. I don't know why they can't be put on a slowdown method like hotel doors. Apartment doors do the same thing. Not to mention the clowns that pull into the parking lot with their BOOM boxes on high and sit there for a while and my apartment just rocks! I want to walk out there and tell them they are annoying, but I ...don't. People are disrespectful of others!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 14, 2025When we first moved in we found some damage from the previous residents. Some things just didn’t work properly. Management sometimes doesn’t email back regarding concerns when emailed.
