    DO NOT RENT HERE WHATSOEVER!!! OU student or not do not waste your money on the trash that is this complex. Not once, but twice in a 8th month period we experienced gunshots on property. The on site manager is beyond unprofessional, lies to residents faces, and rude. The leasing agent sends countless messages with incorrect information and so many errors it’s embarrassing. They added someone else to my lease and allowed for my electric to be terminated and taken out of my name. Leasing agent is ...
    beyond disorderly and unprofessional and should never be allowed to send property wide messages. The property, even after having a renovated unit is beyond disgusting. The unit had mold growth in the windows, the bathtub resurfacing came off, and wasps came through our bathroom vents, the doors wouldn’t open at times, and the seals on the doors were missing and allowed a draft. The kitchen sink leaked and was never truly repaired. It caused the paint to peel, the kitchen to smell, and the wood to rot. Maintenance was slow and often left a mess after they “fixed” the issues. The renovations were extremely sloppy and left peeling and chipping paint everything it touched. The grounds of the property had needles, razor blades, and renovation materials left outside for weeks on end. We had issues with a dirty, broken, dishwasher in the stairwell for 3 weeks and each time we called the front office it was ignored. This place leaves new carpet that is being installed outside in the rain to get soaked and also take up resident parking spots. Trash on the property blows into peoples cars and litters the walkways. Each time my concerns were brought up to the manager, nothing was ever done. When I terminated my lease the manager was rude and lied about my move out inspection. She stated that one could not be done and refused to do so. I quickly called the main office in Tulsa Oklahoma and they had never heard of this before. Even after the manager stated that she had informed her district manager. Once we contacted the district manager we determined the site manager had lied to me and and twisted words to better suit herself. The only time I feel like my concerns were heard is when I reached out to corporate and got ahold of the district manager. She was helpful in my lease termination and listened to my concerns. Especially when it came to the on site property manager.
