Military Beware
January 28, 2026First person to rent my unit so I allowed myself to have some leeway on expectations. When I got the unit, there were dead bugs everywhere, but I chalked it up to the unit being vacant and simply just cleaned the apartment before I moved in. During my stay, amenities were often not accessible due to changes in operating hours after my lease was signed, or facilities needing maintenance and having something wrong with them. The pool stayed closed most of the summer that I was there. What ...completely turned me off from this property is how Military unfriendly they are. Record short notice PCS orders so I provided orders to terminate lease per service member Relief act, and was charged over $1000 as a fee for not being able to give a 30 day notice which is in nowhere in my lease agreement.
