December 30, 2025I moved here for several reasons. First of all, the price is fair and I like the location. Once I got inside, I love the amenities and how beautiful and clean everything is. I like that there is so much to do within walking distance. The residents that I have met so far have been kind. The staff is so nice and helpful. December 1, 2025’ve had a great experience living here. The apartment building is always clean and well-kept, and the whole place just feels comfortable. I’ve never had safety issues — the building is well maintained by friendly staff. The neighbors are friendly, nobody is too noisy. October 15, 2025Part 1: I want to love this place but have to admit it’s just “ok”. Maybe it’s all the little things that just add up; especially for the premium price. The staff is nice, no big issues or complaints there. My feedback (again just my preference for an apartment with “premium” prices and “amenities”): 1)Close to every unit is occupied, however it feels like a ghost town. If you prefer a quiet, secluded, home this place is for you. If you like a “community” look elsewhere. 2) Top floor consists ...of an awesome community kitchen which is never utilized. You can’t even reserve it if you’d like to have a small gathering. Wait, you’re only allowed to have two guests at a time anyway. 3) Top floor also consists of a bar/pub area with pool table, tvs, and poker table. A great hang out spot with cool downtown views; again you can’t host parties or guests; nor reserve. So mostly it stays vacant and looks pretty for prospective residents on their tour.Property Manager Responded

July 31, 2025I’ve been living at The Oxbow for 8 months now, and I absolutely love it here. From day one, the entire staff has been top notch, always friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. It makes a big difference knowing you’re taken care of by people who actually care about the residents. The location is perfect with so much to do nearby, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment all within walking distance. The amenities are another major highlight. The rooftop is especially beautiful, it's my ...favorite spot to relax or hang out with friends. Everything about The Oxbow has exceeded my expectations.
